I bought Plus but can't use it
Go to the Settings tab → Bench100 Plus → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
Cancel a subscription
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period.
Erase my records / start over
Settings tab → Start over. Deleting the app also deletes your records.
Export my records
Settings tab → Export your records (CSV). Choose where to send it with the share sheet. It's free (from 1.2).
I can't find a video I recorded
Without Plus (if you started using the app from 1.2), videos are saved to the Photos app. Saving needs permission to add photos: iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Bench100.
The projection shows "PLUS"
If you started using Bench100 from 1.2, the projection to your goal (sessions, weeks and a date) is a Plus feature. If you've used the app since 1.1 or earlier, it stays free for you.
Weekly periodization shows "PLUS"
If you started using Bench100 from 1.3, weekly progression after stalling twice at the same weight is a Plus feature. If you've used the app since 1.2 or earlier, it stays free for you. Without Plus, you can keep rebuilding with a 10% deload.
Rest time doesn't show on the Lock Screen or in the Dynamic Island
It's a Plus feature. Turn on iPhone Settings → Bench100 → Live Activities. The Dynamic Island is only on iPhones that have it.
Rest notifications don't arrive
Allow notifications in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Bench100.
